We are free yet we fear
They say it’s safe but we are no where near

With one hideous moment her life dooms forever
She struggled, she fought those moments of hell however

Wished to snap free from the clutches of barbarism
Her eyes so resistant turns stony and distant

Her gaze distresses me, the fear, anger, despair, everytime i read about this crime in news

Her soul for sure wishes to break the silence and scream loud to seek the answer – ‘WHY ME?’
